Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange or store credit.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Non-returnable items:
* Gift cards
* Commissions and custom orders
* Items from our Build your own Jewellery feature

To complete your return contact us with your order number and the exact item name that you wish to exchange or return.

If you wish you exchange for another item copy the exact item title and any other necessary information i.e. Chain length or earring fixing for pierced or non-pierced ears.
We will then dispatch your requested item upon receiving the returned item in the required condition and in its original packaging.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
* Obvious signs of use.
* Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Store credit
Once your return is received we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your allocated store credit.
If you are approved, then your store credit will be allocated to you with a gift card code that can be spent online within 6 months.

Sale items
Unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged or credited.

In the rare occasion that our product fails, contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order via email outlining the damage, we also recommend photographing the item so we can access the damage to give you an accurate time line for repair and we will be happy to do so at our own cost.

*Please note this is only valid once per item.

We only repair items if they are damaged in transit.
During preparation for shipping each order is quality checked and logged before wrapping for shipping.

Any items returned without contact will be disregarded and no action will be taken.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to them to give to you later, we will send details of the allocated store credit to the gift giver.

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 118 Bracken Court, Donnybrook, Douglas, Cork. T12 CDT6 Ireland.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item for exchange or repair.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive store credit, the cost of shipping your new item(s) will be deducted.

For the reshipping of repaired items there will be a minor shipping cost to resend the item(s) with tracked and insured shipping.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item we would recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item if sent by standard shipping (no tracking).
