About materials and allergy information

How is the product made? Where do the materials come from? What are the chain and jumprings made from?

Our chains are made of 925 silver and are sourced from our long trusted suppliers in Canada.

Our jumprings are crafted from a variety of metals from 9ct gold, 925 Silver, 999 fine silver, gold plated silver, stainless steel and titanium.

If you are worried about allergies or if you have a silver allergy do not hesitate to contact us and we can create something hypoallergenic for you.

All of our leaves, discs, drops, squares and dog tags are crafted from stainless steel and aluminium. Both metals are hypoallergenic materials.

We also carry 9ct yellow gold, silver and surgical steel ear hooks.

For custom orders of white gold, rose gold or 18ct yellow gold ear fixings for pierced and non-pierced ears to add to your custom design please do let us know and we would be more than happy to accommodate your needs.

Custom order information

For all custom orders please allow 10 working days for order completion. If speciality fixings or gemstones are required for your order we will access the lead time order by order bases.

Orders and Payment Information

I need to change something on my order. How can I do that?

If you need to add something to your order, please contact us immediately. Once we have processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.

My order status says "Unfulfilled". What does that mean?

“Unfulfilled” just means that we successfully received your order! Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number and your order status will change to “Fulfilled.”

Why was my order cancelled?

“If your order was unexpectedly cancelled, chances are that our fraud filter marked your order as fraudulent. If you are certain that that is not true, please order again with a PayPal account. If you do not have PayPal, you can easily sign up at www.Paypal.com

When will my order be shipped?

After your payment is verified, it may take up to 48 hours to process and ship your order. This does not include weekends or holidays. Purchases made after 11 am will not be shipped out until the next business day. If you order after 11 am on a Friday, your order will likely be shipped out on the following Monday.

How are taxes and duties calculated?

At this time we are unable to calculate import duties, customs and taxes.

As the customer, you are liable for all import duties, customs and taxes levied. Payment of these is required to release your order from customs on arrival.

Returns and Repairs

Products not on promotion (see section 4) can be returned for an exchange or store credit within 14 days of delivery. 

Please check our Returns policy for updates on returnable and non-returnable items. 

The customer is responsible for return shipping for all domestic and international orders. Please contact Customer Support to schedule the return. Expedited shipping charges are non-refundable.

Unfortunately not at this time, our studio is closed to the public. However you can find our products in a number of Irish retailers. Please see our Stockists page/list.
